Returns

If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact shipping fee will depend on the carrier selected by the customer.

If the return is due to our responsibility—such as receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items—the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

 

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with original labels attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Customers may request a return within 60 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

Shipping fees will be charged at most once per order (including returns).

No restocking fees will be charged for returned items.

Important: Do not return the package to the address shown on the shipping label, as this is not our official return address. Returns sent to an invalid or unapproved address cannot be processed for exchange or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products (such as items with lettering) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a verified quality issue.

Pesto Besto is the most amazing seed basil you've ever seen. This is truly a game-changing plant—it is the most downy mildew resistant seed grown Italian sweet basil. Downy mildew is a disease that often plagues basil. This large. vigorous plant produces a high yield of usable. deliciously aromatic leaves. The more you harvest. the better it grows. It's time to make the switch from your old basil to Pesto Besto. You'll never look back!

Basil is notorious for being quite susceptible to downy mildew. Pesto Besto. however. has excellent resistance to Downy Mildew. which will keep plants growing and producing for home gardeners throughout the entire season. This is an amazing improvement in basil.

TO PLANT DIRECTLY INTO THE GARDEN
When late spring weather has thoroughly warmed up. sow seeds 1 inch apart in well worked. fertile soil in full sun. Cover 1/4 inch deep. firm soil and keep seed bed moist. Germination takes 1 to 2 weeks. After seedlings are well established. thin or transplant 8 inches apart to allow plants room to mature.

TO START EARLY INDOORS
Sow 1 inch apart in seed starting mix. 4 to 6 weeks before last expected frost. Keep warm and moist. and provide a good light source. When seedlings are large enough to handle and nights reach 50°F (10°C). acclimate gradually to outdoor conditions before planting in the garden.

GROWING NOTES
Remember — for success with this easy to grow herb. it is critical to sow or transplant basil into garden beds only when late spring day and nighttime temperatures stay above 50°F (10°C).For best flavor and leaf production. harvest and or pinch regularly to promote fresh tender growth. If heavy flowering happens late in the season that will likely affect taste. but when it is actively growing new leaves and shoots it will have its best flavor.
