Your total waiting time is calculated as follows:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

• Peak Season: During major shopping events (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, and Chinese New Year), delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

• Important: If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient details provided by the customer, we are unable to process a replacement and reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

If the return is initiated by the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The exact shipping fee will depend on the carrier selected by the customer.

If the return is due to our responsibility—such as receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items—the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Items are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with original labels attached.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Customers may request a return within 60 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason.

Shipping fees will be charged at most once per order (including returns).

No restocking fees will be charged for returned items.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized products (such as items with lettering) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a verified quality issue.
